JOB SUMMARY
Researches, develops, analyzes, recommends and reports operating benchmarks for the client group. Develops forecasting and modeling tools to identify trends, anomalies and causes, projects impacts and outcomes, and recommends proactive solutions. Recommends strategies to improve the efficiency of the Technology Division staffing and scheduling. Supplies information from a centralized source of business metrics to all levels of Management as part of their decision making process.
